When we wake every morning it is as if we have been reborn; given an opportunity to make changes in our life. We must use this opportunity to avoid evil , avoid the poisoning of our mind and heart. Do good deeds, live life with love, kindness and compassion, it will effect all those around us. If we want peace to find us, then first we must find peace.
